Plan around ERCOT outages
Scheduled planned-outage capacity, live planned-versus-forced totals, and per-resource unplanned outages now share one event workflow.
ERCOT's seven-day-plus planned-outage report now appears as one grid-level schedule for each operating day. Each record keeps the Resource Planned Outage Limits separate from the planned-outage megawatts ERCOT reports as approved or received.
The live Generation Outages dashboard adds a current grid observation with planned, forced or unplanned, dispatchable, and renewable capacity. Per-resource unplanned outages remain separate operational episodes and attach to a map node only when a verified crosswalk exists.
The map and grid agent distinguish episodes, schedules, and observations. That means an aggregate snapshot is not counted as another physical outage, daily MW values are not summed across dates, and a grid-level source never pretends to identify an affected asset.
