The National grid experiment now replaces repeated ISO layer menus with one shared map vocabulary. Zones, load zones, TAC demand, and local resource zones resolve to Zones; LMP nodes, LBMP nodes, PNodes, and settlement points resolve to Price nodes. Operator-native names and sources remain visible in each layer's details and searchable from the same control.

Physical infrastructure is no longer clipped to organized-market boundaries in this view. EIA-860 generation and HIFLD transmission and substations render across the country, ODIN customer outages render from its national county feed, and temperature, precipitation, cloud, wind, and GOES lightning render across the continental weather footprint.

Exact ISO footprints remain visible as a consistent border system. The selected market is now shown as the analysis context rather than presented as a different map, keeping agent scope explicit while the visual workspace moves toward a single national grid.
