Bring the evidence for an energy decision into Projects

Private files, grid context, cited findings and project conversations share one workspace for investigating a site, asset or transaction.

An energy decision rarely fits inside one question. Projects brings the files, location, market context and conversations for that decision into a private workspace. Start with a question, a site or a folder of evidence, then return to the same investigation as the case develops.

The grid agent reads the project evidence and keeps its answers connected to the original passages. Findings give the team a reviewable account of what needs attention; conversations let you test the reasoning before recording a decision. Projects is in Early access for invited accounts, eligible organizations and project members.

Start from the evidence you have

Add files or a folder and explain what you want to decide. Setup suggests the project identity, market and site from the evidence it reads. Check that context and add the instructions that should guide later work. A question or location can also start the project, with files added as they become available.

Files preserves the originals alongside their readable evidence. Follow a citation to its page, sheet or passage and inspect it in the project, keeping a commercial assumption distinct from an observed grid reading.

Review findings and continue the investigation

The Inbox gathers findings with their impact, evidence and review state. Open a finding, inspect its sources and discuss the claim with the agent. Record a decision or clarification with a note so another reviewer can see how the evidence was interpreted.

Saved conversations retain the project as their context. Ask a narrower question about an open file or finding, then return to the broader project without rebuilding the case each time.

Keep the case current with the right people

Project agents can read new evidence and perform recurring investigations. Runs keeps the status, findings and generated files from each execution together for review. Update the site, market and standing instructions as the project changes.

Invite collaborators into the project with the role they need. Conversations begin private to their author and can be shared with the project deliberately. Project membership gives access to that project's work; it does not grant access to the whole organization.
