Lamar Power Project is a two-block natural-gas combined-cycle plant near Paris in Lamar County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory lists four combustion turbines and two steam turbines with 1,112.6 MW of nameplate capacity, 1,044 MW of net summer capability, and 1,149 MW of net winter capability. ERCOT registers the two combined-cycle resources as LPCCS_CC1 and LPCCS_CC2.
