Greasewood II is the EIA-registered plant for the Tierra Bonita solar project in Pecos County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory reports one 306 MWac / 398 MWdc generator dated October 2024. Ashtrom reports approximately $435 million of total project cost, about $270 million of green financing, and a separate tax-credit sale estimated at $300 million over ten years; these financing components are not additive project costs.
