Handley Generating Station is Constellation's three-unit natural-gas steam plant in Fort Worth, registered as EIA Plant ID 3491. EIA's May 2026 inventory lists 1,314.8 MW of nameplate capacity and 1,245 MW of net summer and winter capability across Units 3, 4, and 5. ERCOT registers those units as HLSES_UNIT3, HLSES_UNIT4, and HLSES_UNIT5 at the HLSES resource node. Constellation describes the station as flexible generation used during periods of high demand.
