Rayburn Energy Station LLC
Rayburn Energy Station is a three-generator natural-gas combined-cycle facility near Sherman in Grayson County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory reports 803.2 MW nameplate, 685 MW net summer, and 764 MW net winter capability across two combustion turbines and one steam turbine, all with August 2014 operating months. The plant was built as Panda Sherman; Rayburn Electric Cooperative completed its acquisition and renamed the facility in June 2023.
