High-Resolution Weather Forecast Grid

A sub-hourly, vintage-stamped surface weather forecast over the continental United States. Each grid cell and valid time carries air temperature, wind vectors, radiation, precipitation, pressure, and related fields from NOAA's High-Resolution Rapid Refresh model. Modeled line ratings sample this grid along each mapped route, keep the forecast issue time, and apply only lead times that pass the public validation gate; this is forecast evidence, not a measurement at the conductor.
