Short-Term Solar Forecast

SPP's short-term solar generation forecast in MW with the realized solar actual for the same interval.

One row per: event_time x publish_time x baa; 5-minute, frequent vintages cadence
Evidence: Forecast data; Forward-looking values with an explicit issue time
Time basis: Point-in-time records; UTC · event_time

Overview

Bitemporal, retaining each successive vintage against its delivery interval. Solar is a much smaller share of the SPP mix than wind and can read slightly negative overnight from station-service draw.

Query contract: Preserve one canonical row per (event_time, publish_time, baa) before aggregating.
Analysis rules: Group only after preserving the declared grain: event_time, publish_time, baa.
