Harlem River Yard is an operating regulated electric utility power plant located in the Bronx, owned and operated by the New York Power Authority. The facility consists of two General Electric LM6000 simple-cycle, natural-gas-fired combustion turbines (generators HR01 and HR02), with a combined nameplate capacity of 94 MW. The turbines employ selective catalytic reduction and catalytic oxidation for emissions control. The facility is interconnected to the Consolidated Edison in-city transmission system at 138 kV.
