5C Data Centers MEM01 is an AI computing facility in the former Fred's headquarters and distribution complex at 4300 Getwell Road in Memphis, Tennessee, and it is already operating in part. The operator lists 20 MW today, 64 MW for 2027 and 35 MW for 2029 and beyond, and plans to raise available power to 84 MW using fuel cells. Memphis Light, Gas and Water has approved about 9 MW of added service and lists a further expansion of about 50 MW among its prospective large-load projects. A fourth construction phase covering about 504,000 square feet was filed in October 2026.
