Aligned's CMH-02 is a multi-building data center campus on a 197-acre parcel at the Conesville Industrial Park in Coshocton County, Ohio, next to the former AEP Conesville Power Plant. It is under construction, with four buildings planned and the first expected to be active by the end of 2026. The campus is to tie into the existing American Electric Power substation at the industrial park. The industrial park's service option lists 340 MW, and the Port Authority describes the final buildout as 340 MW. Aligned says its closed-loop cooling needs little water.
