Aligned NEO-01 is a hyperscale data center campus on a 129-acre former industrial site at 2509 Hayes Ave. in Perkins Township, Erie County, Ohio. A Sandusky newspaper reported operations had begun in August 2026 with construction continuing, and Open Compute Project documents list Phase 1 as core and shell ready. The assessment gives 72 MW of critical IT power, while earlier operator material said the first building would total 96 MW. FirstEnergy companies propose a Sandusky South substation with two 138 kV feeds to the campus, targeted for completion by the end of 2027.
