The site is the southwest corner of 75th Avenue and Butler Drive in the Peoria Logistics Park, with a later phase extending toward Northern Avenue. The application was filed in March 2026 and had finished its first review cycle by late May. The land is already zoned to allow data centers, so site plan review is administrative.
