Aligned announced first-phase completion in February 2022, and a Utah air-quality inspection on October 24, 2024 found it operating normally. The operator calls the site a multi-megawatt facility and publishes no site-level MW figure. Backup power is eight 3,000 kW diesel emergency engines permitted under approval order DAQE-AN160640001-21.
