Aliquippa Site 1 Data Center Development Site

Aliquippa Site 1 is a proposed data center development site on a former steel mill property in Aliquippa, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. In February 2025 the city zoning officer gave a preliminary opinion that a data center is a permitted use on a 27.82-acre parcel at 71 Woodlawn Road, for which CB Tech Partners, LLC is the proposed purchaser. Marketing materials describe an 86-acre site with a phase one concept powered by two 248 MW natural gas plants, 496 MW in total, with future grid service from Duquesne Light. The facility size, operator and tenant are not established.
