The Amazon Carter's Store Tech Campus is a data center campus on about 314 acres on the east side of Flippo Drive in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The Board of Supervisors rezoned the land from Rural to Industrial 1 on October 10, 2023. Amazon's filing described about 2.6 million square feet of data center space and a substation, built in phases by 2035. A January 2026 report says buildings are going up on the campus. No source states its megawatt demand.
