Under Construction
Amazon is building a data center campus of about 250 acres inside the Keystone Trade Center in Falls Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with up to 10 new data center buildings planned. PECO is extending 230 kV service to a customer-owned substation for a data center there, citing an interim load of 240 MW and an anticipated load of 600 MW. Backup power comes from diesel engines under an issued air approval, and a second application for natural gas engines is under review.
