The Amazon Stevensburg campus, registered with Virginia DEQ as DCA-060, is a data center campus at 20420 Germanna Highway in Culpeper County, Virginia, on about 243 acres rezoned for the project. The original proposal was two single-story buildings of 245,050 and 182,140 square feet. The campus has requested 135 MW of contract load from Dominion, which is building the Germanna substation and a 230 kV line to serve it. Reporting in mid-2026 describes the campus as under construction, with one of two buildings appearing complete.
