Polaris Forge 2 is Applied Digital's AI campus near Harwood in Cass County, North Dakota. It has two buildings of 907,000 square feet each, and Applied Digital reports an aggregate 300 MW of capacity under construction, with initial ready for service expected in the second half of 2026. A hyperscaler lease covers 200 MW of critical IT load, and the utility expects peak use of 280 MW. Minnkota Power Cooperative supplies the power wholesale and Cass County Electric Cooperative distributes it.
