Canadian Breaks is a 210.1 MW onshore wind facility spanning Deaf Smith and Oldham counties in the Texas Panhandle. EIA's May 2026 inventory lists one operating generator under Plant ID 63030, operated by Canadian Breaks LLC with a December 2019 service month. Macquarie's 2018 financial-close announcement describes a 200 MW project using Siemens Gamesa turbines and identifies Rabobank, National Australia Bank and Siemens Financial Services as debt providers. Macquarie provided sponsor equity, advised the project and structured its energy hedge, tax equity and debt. The EIA capacity and the earlier project-financing scope are presented separately.
