Grandview Wind Farm is a 211.2 MW onshore wind facility in Carson County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory lists one operating generator under Plant ID 58596, with RWE Clean Energy as the registered operator and December 2014 as the service month. RWE reports 118 GE 1.79 MW turbines. In June 2024, Overland Capital Partners acquired BlackRock's 50% interest; the project is now jointly owned by Overland and an RWE subsidiary, while RWE remains operator and asset manager. Overland reports that 90% of project output is covered by a long-term agreement with an unnamed investment-grade counterparty.
