Under Construction
Lancaster AI Hub East is a two-building AI data center development at 216 Greenfield Road in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, built inside part of a former printing plant. CoreWeave is the announced tenant. Reports describe 100 MW of use when the first building opens and 300 MW when the second opens. A PPL Electric filing for an adjacent 138 kV switchyard cites an initial load of 130 MW rising to approximately 350 MW by 2028, though the order does not name the customer. Phase one is under construction; the only generation documented on site is diesel emergency backup.
