Lancaster AI Hub West is a proposed data center campus at 1375 Harrisburg Pike in the city of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, being developed by Chirisa Technology Parks. Chirisa's own listing shows two buildings with 130 MW and 220 MW of utility power, the second targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026, and a December 2025 plan submission describes a different one-building scheme. A new PPL Electric Utilities substation is proposed on the property. Air and water-obstruction applications were pending with the state in September 2026.
