Profile
- Electricity and grid
- CITGO reported a February 1, 2018 power failure at the refinery due to the loss of power from an Entergy substation. A historical Entergy Gulf States filing lists a Citgo Rose Bluff substation with 470MVA of 230-kV line, and a 2001 report described a proposed 670 MW IGCC project at the site that did not proceed.
- Ownership and permits
- PDV Holding is the indirect sole stockholder of CITGO Petroleum Corporation through its direct subsidiary CITGO Holding, Inc., and OFAC says a specific license is required before any sale in the Crystallex case is executed. Louisiana renewed LPDES permit LA0005941 in May 2024.
