Compass Datacenters owns and operates the Compass Red Oak Campus on 225 acres in Red Oak, Texas, with 16 planned buildings totaling 2.24 million gross square feet. Five facilities came online between 2024 and 2025, delivering 180 MW of energized capacity, while the full campus is reported to target 360 MW at build-out. Buildings under construction or in development include DFW III-III Buildings 6 and 7, scheduled for completion in 2026 and 2027 respectively.
