Highlands West is a proposed data center campus on the 228-acre former Dauphin Highlands Golf Course at 650 S. Harrisburg Street in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Corscale Data Centers plans three one-story buildings of 409,500 square feet each, with two substations and a PPL switch station. The project page lists 979 MW of gross campus capacity. The land development plan was tabled in October 2026, and developers say groundbreaking could begin in 2027.
