Under Construction
The Crane Data Center Campus at 3975 Heather Street in Forest Grove, Oregon, is a multi-phase data center campus that Crane Data Centers and Principal Asset Management are developing. The city granted final land-use approval in October 2024, and Phase 1 was under construction in September 2026. Plans call for two buildings of about 543,000 square feet, with a first-building utility demand starting near 8 MW and capped at 47 MW, and about 100 MW for the full site. Forest Grove Light & Power is the electric utility. A city moratorium adopted in October 2026 does not apply to this approved project.
