The Creekstone Delta Gigasite is a data center campus under construction near Delta in Millard County, Utah, developed by Creekstone Energy. Creekstone plans more than 10 GW of behind-the-meter power at full build, with a Phase 1 IT load of 220 MW and a full-build IT load of 4.61 GW. Natural gas engines are the first generation block, and the campus has an existing 138 kV on-site voltage. BluSky AI signed a non-binding letter of intent for 25 acres with access to up to 50 MW.
