Crockett Cogen Project is a natural gas-fired power facility with 247 MW of EIA-reported operating capacity in Contra Costa County, California, registered as EIA Plant ID 55084. Hull Street Energy, LLC is the current owner; Crockett Cogeneration is the registered plant entity or operator. The plant's generating configuration is one natural-gas-fired combined-cycle cogeneration train comprising a GE 7FA gas-turbine generator, heat-recovery steam generator, steam turbine, and single-shaft electric generator and includes three backup auxiliary boilers and supplemental duct firing. Hull Street Energy, LLC acquired a 91.7% interest in the plant from BlackRock's Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Fund I in December 2021. Commercial operation began on May 1, 1996.
