CyrusOne Council Bluffs OCB1 Data Center

CyrusOne's OCB1 is a data center at 4700 Gifford Rd in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, that came online in late 2020. The 2019 groundbreaking announcement gave 24 MW of total power at completion, and the operator's facility page lists 9 MW of total IT capacity. A city electrical permit issued in August 2025 adds a 1.5 MW block to the existing facility. MidAmerican is the local utility, and the site buys 100% renewable electricity through its GreenAdvantage tariff.
