EdgeCore's Louisa County campus is a planned hyperscale data center development on 697 acres in the Shannon Hill Regional Business Park in Louisa County, Virginia. EdgeCore says the full build-out will deliver more than 1.1 GW of critical IT load across at least six single-tenant buildings. Construction was reported under way in April 2026, and a second phase of about 600 MW across three buildings was before the Army Corps of Engineers for a wetlands permit in August 2026. Rappahannock Electric Cooperative is the announced power partner.
Second phase of the campus, three data center buildings with associated substations, on a limits of disturbance of 187.2 acres
