Edged Council Bluffs Data Center Campus (OMA01)

This is a data center campus at the southeast corner of College Road and East Kanesville Boulevard in Council Bluffs, Iowa, planned under the codename Project Lola. Edged US is building two data center buildings, OMA01-1 and OMA01-2, which were topped out in September 2026. Edged says the campus will deliver up to 200 MW. MidAmerican Energy is identified in the city planning record for site power service, and the developer plans two owner-operated substations.
