Edged Phoenix is a single two-story data center building of 210,000 square feet at 8811 E. Warner Road in Mesa, Arizona. Construction began in August 2024 and the operator announced the opening in April 2026. The operator states 36 MW of critical capacity, which is a design figure and not metered utility demand. Salt River Project is the utility, and backup power comes from generators with N+1 redundancy. The cooling system uses no water.
