Project Atlas is a proposed data center campus of three data center buildings, an administration building and a warehouse on about 411 acres along North Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Edged US is the sponsor, and the revised plan is reported at 725 MW. The applicant proposes an onsite substation and 356 backup generators, and PPL would supply power through a new substation. The township planning commission took the plan under advisement in September 2026, and the decision deadline was extended to December 31, 2026.
