EIA's May 2026 inventory reports 381.8 MW nameplate, 305 MW net summer, and 374.1 MW net winter capability. Three 39.7 MW units entered service in 1989, a 98.9 MW unit in 1997, and a 163.8 MW unit in 2004. Exxon Mobil Refining and Supply Company is the registered operator; the generation supports the integrated Baytown manufacturing site.
