Galaxy Digital owns and operates the Galaxy Helios Campus, a 2,200-acre hyperscale AI/HPC and crypto-mining complex in Afton, Texas, served by AEP Texas. Phase I (126,000 sq ft, energized May 2022, AI/HPC retrofit complete) delivers 200 MW gross power and 133 MW critical IT load to CoreWeave; Phase II (899,124 sq ft, under construction) will add 260 MW critical IT load with data-hall deliveries expected mid-2027; Phase III (133 MW committed) and full campus capacity of 1.63 GW are approved and contracted.
