The Google Wood Haven Technology Park Data Center is a proposed data center on the Wood Haven Technology Park in northern Roanoke County, Virginia. The Western Virginia Regional Industrial Facility Authority authorized a purchase agreement with Clearview Dynamics LLC, a Google subsidiary, for 94 acres in September 2026, and confirmed in October that Google is evaluating the site. The agreement is an initial step in due diligence and not a completed sale. News reports estimate a load of 40 to 80 MW at full operation, and Appalachian Power would supply electricity.
