JK Land Holdings Belmont Land Bay KK Data Center
Approved
The Belmont Land Bay KK Data Center is a planned campus of two three-story data center buildings, each 504,000 square feet, on land east of Belmont Ridge Road and south of Route 7 in Ashburn, Loudoun County. JK Land Holdings bought the site from Toll Brothers, and the county lists the site plan as conditionally approved. The site plan describes each building as able to provide up to 300 MW of power to its users. The plan includes one on-site substation and lies in the path of Dominion Energy's planned Aspen to Golden transmission lines.
