Joule Capital Partners is building a high-performance compute data center campus on about 4,000 acres rezoned for heavy industry in Millard County, Utah, near Fillmore. A groundbreaking was reported on November 6, 2025, and the first phase is described as six buildings. The campus is designed to generate its own power on site with natural gas engines and battery storage, and the developer says it will not draw from the local utility grid. Announced figures range from a 455 MW first delivery to 4 GW at full buildout.
