The Meta Cheyenne Data Center is a campus at 1800 High Plains Road in the High Plains Business Park, Laramie County, Wyoming. Goat Systems LLC developed it under the name Project Cosmo, and Meta announced it in July 2024 as its 21st U.S. data center. Two 350,000 square foot buildings were complete in October 2025 and equipment was being installed; reporting in August 2026 said the facility was not yet operational. Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power, doing business as Black Hills Energy, supplies its power under a large-load contract tariff. Meta has not published the campus's electric demand.
