Meta's Rosemount Data Center is a campus under construction on about 280 acres at UMore Park in Dakota County, Minnesota. Reporting in July 2026 described a nearly completed building, and Meta had not announced when operations would begin. Xcel Energy is the electric supplier under service agreements approved by the Minnesota PUC. A PUC filing forecasts a draw of at least 10 MW at first and at least 75 MW by the end of the initial 10-year contract.
