Microsoft LYH03, listed in its application as LYH03 Bailey, is a data center campus under construction near Chase City in Mecklenburg County, Virginia, on land Microsoft bought in 2021. A 2023 federal application describes a 368.99-acre parcel, and site plans suggest six buildings of equal size. A Virginia DEQ registration approved in May 2025 covers 114 diesel backup generators for LYH03 through LYH06. Dominion's Butler Farm 230 kV delivery and a new substation on Microsoft property are planned to serve it, and public records reviewed give no site megawatt figure.
