Middletown Data Center
Operating
Middletown Data Center is a colocation facility at 8209 Valley Pike in Middletown, Frederick County, Virginia. The operator advertises 14 MW of total power with 10 MW of critical IT load. A 2022 announcement described the facility as fully commissioned and accepting tenants, and a July 2026 report still called it the county's one data center. The site has natural gas generators for on-site power, and a 2025 state air permit covers an additional gas engine-generator.
