The MLP Ventures 900 Conshohocken Road Data Center Campus is a proposed conversion of a former steel mill on about 66 acres in Plymouth Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The applicant's economic report describes a campus of roughly 1.95 million square feet able to accommodate up to 640 MW of IT load. A special exception for the use was still before the township zoning hearing board in October 2026, with the next hearing set for November 19. An end user would lease and operate the facility, and no operator has been named.
