The Novva West Jordan Data Center Campus is a wholesale data center campus at 6477 Wells Park Road in West Jordan, Salt Lake County, Utah. Novva, in partnership with CIM Group, is building three data center buildings of 989,846 square feet in total, financed in a facility whose rating report puts the project at 174 MW of data center space. SLC North has operated since 2024, SLC East and West began operations in 2026, and final completion of SLC West is expected in January 2027. Because the local utility could not supply the full load until 2031, the campus is powered by an adjacent natural gas plant and substations.
Second building; construction began December 2023 and completion was expected in 2026
