Nucor Steel Sedalia is a rebar micro mill at 500 Rebar Road in Pettis County, Missouri, owned by Nucor Corporation. It melts recycled scrap in electric arc furnaces and began full melting and casting on 31 January 2020. The mill buys its power from Evergy Missouri West under a negotiated Special Incremental Load rate contract, backed by a 75-megawatt power purchase agreement tied to new wind generation, and Evergy expects it to be the utility's largest energy user in Missouri West.

Nucor announced the Sedalia mill in November 2017 as a $250 million investment and its 14th bar mill in the United States. Missouri had recently passed a statute allowing special rate contracts for steel producers and facilities adding more than 50 megawatts of monthly demand, and the state later cited that regulatory climate as a reason Nucor chose Missouri. The Special Incremental Load (Schedule SIL) tariff was written for this one customer.
