Remington Technology Park is a six-building data center campus on 234 acres in Remington, Fauquier County, Virginia, sponsored by PointOne. The county originally approved it in 2018 and approved an on-site natural gas fuel cell yard in July 2026, when PointOne announced construction was commencing. The company designs the campus for up to 304 MW of critical IT, with expansion toward 600 MW, and a county staff presentation put potential total demand at 600 MW. Dominion Energy has changed its power delivery phases for the site.
Building 1 serves 40 MW of critical IT load
Building 2 serves 72 MW of critical IT load
Built about five years after Phase 1; each building serves 48 MW of critical IT load
