Priddy Wind Project

Priddy Wind Project is a 302.4 MW wind facility in Mills County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory reports one operating generator dated January 2022; ENGIE announced commercial operation on February 28, 2022 and reports 63 Nordex turbines. InfraRed Capital Partners acquired a 49% interest in a 665 MW, three-project ENGIE portfolio that includes Priddy, while ENGIE retained 51%. ENGIE's separately announced $800 million financing also covers all three projects rather than Priddy alone.
