Project Eagle Data Center Campus (Project Baccara)

Project Eagle is a proposed three-building data center on about 160 acres north of Olive Avenue near Litchfield Road in the Glendale area of Maricopa County, Arizona, with a natural gas power plant known as Project Baccara on the same site. Glendale City Council approved annexation and rezoning in October 2026. The developer states a 500 MW data center load, and the plant is described as 700 MW nameplate with up to 744 MW gross. The plant would supply the data center directly until APS finishes a substation and grid connection, anticipated for 2030.
